Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be totally stoked on your Gecko Hawaii gear, so if something doesn't fit or isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges. Please ensure all items are in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original mailer or a similar protective envelope and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
